Once upon a time,
There was this women who was super stressed out (she didn’t know it), super sick (rare illness, broken bones, adrenal fatigue, orthostatic hypotension, anxiety, insomnia), severely addicted (to work, exercise, food, at times alcohol, and the struggle/making it hard), and pretty miserable (even though on the outside it seemed like she had it all together).
She seemed happy…..but she was numb
She seemed successful and she was with a 6 figure business… but never slept, was always stressed, lost friends and was in an empty relationship.
She seemed healthy…but obsessed about her food and how to workout, strange eating patterns and chugged coffee to stay awake
She seemed like she had it all figured out…..but she could barely keep afloat.
She seemed like she had it all…..but inside she was empty.
She seemed like she was changing the world….and she was.
She was healing people left and right and performing miracles all the time but was so exhausted and beginning to resent her patients….she lost her PASSION for her magical healing work.
She lost her faith.
She lost her essence.
She lost her JOY!
She was just going through the motions in every area of life but she YEARNED for love, purpose, passion and JOY!
But then she remembered a beautiful lesson her old pediatric patients taught her…PLAY!
Children (well all of us at some point) are fearless, without a care in the world. They do what they desire. They laugh uncontrollably. They say what they think and they do it all with a HUGE smile on their face!
Children embody joy.
She remembered that was her natural state.
Joy is our natural state.
She relaxed. She healed. She did the inner work. She stepped into her purpose and her passion. She is JOY…it is who she is at her core (it’s who we all are)
She laughed more. She played more. She had more adventure. She worked less. She stressed less.
She enjoyed her life.
She followed her heart.
…..and guess what she made more money, her business grew, she meant incredible people and she got to do what she loved EVERY SINGLE DAY!
She played…..and she slayed!
She made multiple 6 figures
She had a lot of fun.
She travels the world.
She laughs a lot.
She works a lot less.
She enJOYs her life and her business…..in all the ways.
She wants you to do the same!
