Did you know your life can transform from just one decision?

About 4 years ago, September 2015 my life looked completely different. I was running a successful private practice as a pediatric physical therapist, teaching yoga and spinning classes, doing health and wellness coaching on the side, in a long term relationship (nearly 10 years), loving my family and amazing friends and pretty healthy and happy. OR SO IT SEEMED. In reality I felt lost, disconnected, lost, empty and like no one understood me. I had it “all” on the outside and a happy successful life but something was missing. To make things worse my relationship ended (long story but in a nutshell my heart was broken and I felt even more alone). I felt even more lost than before….what did I do?!? I laced up my shoes and went for a run (like I often did when I felt this overwhelm)….what happened on this run? I realized I had been running my whole life!

I had been running from me and my truth. I got home from that run and vowed that I would NEVER have my happiness be dependent on someone else and I would find the joy and love that I always expressed outwardly internally in myself FIRST and always! I finally saw myself for the first time. Shortly after this run I looked over on my bookshelf and was drawn to a book that I had but hadn’t read yet (PS this was and still is a common problem) and it was Spirit Junkie!

That is when I found my mentor, my teacher and my friend, Gabby Bernstein! 

From there things snowballed, I read Spirit Junkie as fast….this book was my story it was my life. This women got me…I WAS NOT ALONE. I found myself listening to all of her videos on youtube and her meditations.
